The legacy of Indian women who came to Trinidad between 1845 and 1917 during indentureship was visually powerful. Their jewelry represented identity, spirituality, and artistry in gold, pearls, and silks.
Pieces like headchains, bangles, nose rings, and ornate necklaces symbolized heritage, prosperity, and femininity. They carried those traditions through generations, blending with the vibrant Caribbean culture we know today bright, bold, and full of soul.
That history inspired me to design a collection that honors this blend traditional beauty reimagined in a modern way. My new line of head-chains, chokers, and statement pieces pays tribute to the elegance of the women who came before us while celebrating today’s confident, stylish woman.
